SHIPPING & RETURNS

The information below refers to products available for purchase directly on The Reflective. The guidance on Shipping and Returns as defined below is not intended for products purchased through any of our affiliated partner sites. Should you need guidance discovering Reflective products available for purchase, simply look out for products that feature an “Add to Cart” button on the product page or, alternatively, visit the Our Brands section on our site.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Typical delivery charges are listed on the Checkout Page before you complete your order. When a product is shipped from a US based brand, shipping is free. When a product is shipped from an international brand, shipping is $12 per brand.

INTERNATIONAL orders may be subject to additional shipping/handling fees + extended delivery windows up to 20 days.

Made to Order items are subject to different shipping windows.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Some of our brand partners offer free shipping. If a product is eligible for free shipping this will be visible on the product details page and in your shopping bag.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our domestic brand partners will ship your orders within 48 hours and your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Our international brand partners may take longer to ship and can take upwards of 2 weeks to arrive. If you are purchasing a Made to Order item, lead times vary depending on the brand. Lead times are communicated on the Product Details Page under “Shipping and Returns”. 


WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

As a marketplace, all our brand partners will ship to you using their chosen logistics partner. Details of the carrier will be outlined to you once your order is fulfilled.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Each brand partner will prepare and ship your items to you directly, and therefore, if purchasing from multiple brand partners in a single order, it is likely that you will receive your order in separate deliveries.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

The Reflective’s brand partners ship to states all across the US. We hope to ship outside of the US soon! If you are from outside the US and are interested in purchasing, please contact us at info@the-reflective.com so we know to put your country on our “early expansion waitlist”!

OUR RETURNS POLICY

While we hope you love your order, we understand that there may be a need to return your item(s).  We will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your package.  

Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the tag still attached, and ideally in the original packaging if applicable. 

To initiate a return, please email info@the-reflective.com -- you will need your Order # and Date of Order.  

The Reflective will refund the original form of payment.  Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to process. Please see below for details on our return policy. 

Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale status can be found on the website product listings, but generally applies to bespoke items, items shipping from international vendors, food products and discounted products. 

Returned items must be shipped back - i.e., picked up or processed by UPS/other mail carrier - within 14 days of receipt. 

Customer is responsible for returns. The Reflective nor merchant are financially responsible for shipping/handling of returned items or any duties/taxes associated with returns.

Please read our conditions for an acceptable return:
For hygiene reasons, all face masks are non-refundable.
Shoes should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original packaging.
Swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the hygiene strip has been removed.
Any returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If your item has been personalized to you, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return.
You cannot return items which fall under Final Sale or Made to Order items.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, however, if you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
